The Guidelines for Potential Development of Chanthaburi Mangosteen Cluster
บทคัดย่อ:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาจุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส อุปสรรค แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาการดำเนินงาน และศึกษาศักยภาพของเครือข่าย ตลอดจนเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายในแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพของเครือข่าย สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ประกอบด้วย ผู้แทนที่มาจากคณะกรรมการบริหารเครือข่าย สมาชิก ภาครัฐและเอกชน ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ว่า เครือข่ายมีทั้งจุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และอุปสรรคเครือข่ายมีศักยภาพมากในเรื่อง ความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของแหล่งทรัพยากรธรรมชาติในท้องถิ่น คุณภาพและเอกลักษณ์ของมังคุดในเครือข่ายเมื่อเทียบกับคู่แข่ง การแข่งขันจากผู้ผลิตภายนอก เป็นต้น แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพของเครือข่าย เช่น เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต ทำสวนมังคุดนอกฤดู สร้างกลยุทธ์การเพิ่มมูลค่าในการส่งออก เป็นต้น
The objectives of this research are to study the cluster’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and the guidelines to solve problem of the cluster, study the cluster’s potentials, and suggest the guidelines for potential development of the cluster. Purposive sampling was used in this research. The samples were selected from the cluster’s committee representatives, the cluster’s members, and the related government and private sectors. The research tools include questionnaire and interview guides. The findings revealed that the cluster has the strengths, the weaknesses, the opportunities, and the threats. The cluster’s had the potentials at the high level in the bountiful resources, the quality and the identity of the cluster’s mangosteen when compared with competitors, and the competition of external producers. The guidelines for potential development of the cluster inferred that the cluster should increase the production efficiency, develop off – season production technique for mangosteen, and make strategies to increase export values.
